SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING:

Processing time for pre-ordered wigs is 7-10 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after processing time, not immediately after placing order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin processing time the next business day. All orders will require a signature for delivery and are covered with packaging insurance. This address on your billing info must match your shipping address. Orders are shipped with USPS, once your order is shipped you will receive the tracking details. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.

Once USPS has possession of your parcel, we are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping, nor are we responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon request. 

All wig orders require the Hair Buyer Form to be filled out before your order is completed. This form can be found under FAQ

REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of the product, exchanged and returns are not acceptable. Perfectly Xtended/ contact@perfectlyctended.com is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit please be sure to properly measure your head according to the measurement chart found under Wig Sizing. All wigs are non refundable unless there is a mistake on my end. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and Returns are not accepted. All wig units are non-refundable.
